100% Satisfaction Guarantee and Exchange Policy

We stand behind our products and are proud to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on any defective or damaged merchandise.  Many of our items on our website are custom-made, created to your specifications, or personalized in some way with monograms, photographs, printing or engraving.  Therefore, we cannot accept returns on any personalized items except in case of damage, defect or a mistake on our part.

PERSONALIZED merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Dated items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason after the event date, regardless if they are defective or damaged, as Premier Home & Gifts cannot be responsible for the use of the merchandise.

It is extremely important that you double check all text, monograms and information that you input for personalization. For more information, check out our Personalization Policy

We hope you will be happy with your order, but if you are not, or if there is any damage or defect that is our fault, please contact us immediately so we can correct or replace the item.  Photos of damaged items will be required.

We will gladly reimburse return shipment costs of authorized exchanges/returns (non-personalized merchandise returned for credit will not qualify for shipping reimbursement). Express shipping costs will not be reimbursed, only ground services will be reimbursed. Premier Home & Gifts will pay to ship authorized replacements via UPS ground service only. Please place your gift order at least 3 weeks prior to event date as this will help alleviate *Rush-shipping charges. Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY. Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 5 business days of delivery date.


We carefully package our items to ensure safe delivery to you. If by chance your item is delivered damaged, we will immediately replace your item upon receipt of the return.  After inspection, a new item will be sent if it is available.  No returns are allowed on opened or used items.  If you choose to return your unused and unopened item, a 20% restocking fee will be charged to cover administrative costs.  All items must be in their original packaging.  Any signs of use or tampering will void our return policy.  Buyer will be responsible for return postage.  If we have made an error with your shipment, please contact us so we may correct the mistake.  Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.  Please note, we do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully.


Due to the perishable nature of food items, returns are not accepted by state law.


To make a return for qualifying items, follow these simple steps:

  1. Send an email to with your order information and include a photo of the damaged or defective item.  We will provide you with the return address to use for your package.
  2. Once we approve your return, be sure the item you are returning is packaged properly as Premier Home & Gifts is not responsible for further damages due to improper return packaging.
  3. Was the shipping container damaged?  If so, you will need to keep the original shipping container for a possible claim with the shipper.
  4. You are encouraged to ship your return via a track-able source since we are not responsible for merchandise lost in transit.

Changing or Canceling an Order:  Many times we ship orders so quickly (during the same day) that it is not possible to cancel your order.  In such a case, you will have to return your order to us following our return policy and procedure.  If we haven't shipped your order yet, or we have not already started working on it, it may be possible to change your order.  Some items may incur a $25 change fee.  Please contact us via email to make such requests.

Receiving Credit:

Return credit is processed within a week from when we receive your returned item.  We are usually very prompt at issuing refunds.
