Our company will make every effort to meet your delivery needs. Should the timing not work out using Standard Delivery (1-5 business days), we do have other shipping options available. These options include UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Express.
Future Delivery: You can order now and have it shipped later! During checkout there is a Special Instructions box, just enter the date you would like your order to be delivered.
Gift Message: Add a special gift message to be included with your gift basket.
Alcohol: All gift baskets containing wine require a signature of an adult over the age of 21 for delivery. Due to state restrictions, we cannot ship gift baskets containing wine to the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, Oklahoma, South Dakota and Utah.
Chocolate: During the summer months of June thru October we will only ship Fruit and Chocolate baskets on Monday -Thursday so that the product does not stay in UPS, Fed Ex or USPS terminals over the weekend. During warm weather months the chocolates contained in gift baskets may be subject to melting. Items containing chocolate must be shipped Express (UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air) to avoid melting. If you choose a method other than Next Day or 2nd Day, Premier Home & Gifts will not be held responsible for damage when the melting occurs. If your gift recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we cannot be responsible for damage that occurs to those gifts having their delivery delayed or items delivered and left unattended in warm weather.
Returns: Due to the perishable nature of food items, returns are not accepted by state law.
