Shipping Options
Our company will make every effort to meet your delivery needs. Should the timing not work out using Standard Delivery (1-5 business days), we do have other shipping options available. These options include UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Express. Not counting the day your gift basket is shipped - Next Day Air will arrive the Next Business Day, 2nd Day Air will arrive in 2 Business Days, 3 Day Express will arrive in 3 Business Days.
Future Delivery: You can order now and have it shipped later! During checkout there is a Special Instructions box, just enter the date you would like your order to be delivered.
Alcohol: All gift baskets containing wine require a signature of an adult over the age of 21 for delivery. Due to state restrictions, we cannot ship gift baskets containing wine to the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, Oklahoma, South Dakota and Utah.
Chocolate: During warm weather months (typically May - September) the chocolates contained in gift baskets may be subject to melting. Items containing chocolate must be shipped Express (UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air) to avoid melting. If you choose a method other than Next Day or 2nd Day, Premier Home & Gifts will not be held responsible for damage when the melting occurs. If your gift recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we cannot be responsible for damage that occurs to those gifts having their delivery delayed or items delivered and left unattended in warm weather.
Returns: Due to the perishable nature of food items, returns are not accepted by state law.
